We need 3 x developers – FULL time. Needed, dynamic developers who can and will interact with the business. Not sit in the corner and code!

We may have 1 x open contract role if you have exception skills. This would be a 6-12-18-24 month contract.

Any additional skills/background or self-learning on microservices, or NOSQL and the other skills they have listed will help. I will share this with the client.

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team-player with experience of current development techniques and tools, and will help the team to progress in using them:

• Microsoft C#.
• SQL knowledge.
• Web front-end tools (sound Javascript skills, preferably with Angular 2 experience).
• Microservice architecture (node.js or ServiceFabric or similar).
• Enterprise messaging bus (NServiceBus or similar).
• NoSQL databases (Couchbase or MongoDB or similar).
• DevOps – CI, build automation, continuous deployment, fast path to live, etc.
• Quality control of code and releases (TDD, unit testing, coding for testability).

The candidate is not expected to be fluent in all of the above, adapt, and help the team. 5-7 years of experience in a similar position. Scrum / Agile is required; previous scrum master experience is a plus. SAFe knowledge beneficial. Financial industry experience would be of benefit but is not essential.

Essential Technical Skills :

• C# (.NET 4+).
• Entity Framework or similar OR/M.
• An ability to discuss and use different tools, architectures, and design patterns.
• A proven record of learning and adopting new technologies.
• SQL skills.

Desirable:

• Use of automated test / build / deployment tools.
• Reporting Services / Integration Services.
